On October 31, 2024, the Galati Tehnopol Association celebrated International Black Sea Day with the Alexandru Moruzi Secondary School students fromPechea. They visited the Danube Delta Eco-Tourist Museum Center in Tulcea. The center includes a permanent exhibition, which mainly presents elements characteristic of the natural heritage in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, a public aquarium and various temporary exhibitions. The students had the opportunity to get to know the birds declared monuments of nature, the rare animal species protected at national and European levels, the extinct species from the deltaic and Dobrogean area, the newly introduced species in the fauna of the delta, but also aspects of their lives through the films provided by - along the visiting route. The activity was carried out within the project "Smart and innovative solutions for green and clean rural areas in Black Sea Basin” Smart4Rural BSB464 financed by the Program Program (Interreg VI-B) NEXT Black Sea Basin.
