Visit from Mykolaiv, Ukraine

On November 22nd, 2016, the representatives of Tehnopol Association of Galati received the visit of the Ukrainian delegation, consisting of:
1. OLEKSANDR SAVYTSKYI – Head of the Department of International Economic Relations, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mykolaiv,
2. ANNA DOMINA – Expert, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mykolaiv,
3. ROMAN KHANZHIN – Project Coordinator, Mykolaiv Development Agency.
Mykolaiv representatives have shown interest in cross-border projects with Galati Local Council and Galati County Council. Thus, the main topics of discussion were the attraction of European funds and the participation of Mykolaiv in joint projects with the city of Galati, especially under the Black Sea Basin Program 2014-2020 and as far as they are eligible, within the Danube Transnational Program 2014-2020.
Director of Information Technology Park, Mr. Catalin Arama, brought into discussion the cooperation at the level of the IT Clusters, which attracted interest from the delegates.
The guests were presented with the tax incentives offered by Galati to Ukrainian investors. Representatives of the local entities present at the meeting assured the guests of all their openness to a future cooperative relationship and discussed the details of the official visit that will most likely take place in January next year.
